Industrial areas and coastal areas with high salinity, such as chemical plants, swimming pools, ships, and shipyards, are always located in high humidity and high pollution buildings or other areas in coastal offshore areas with high salinity;

Advantage: This product has a low viscosity surface and does not adhere to other objects within the rated operating temperature range. It has excellent anti-interference, shallow water resistance, mild oil resistance, flame retardancy, environmental protection, wear resistance, UV resistance, and can withstand general mechanical external forces. The cable has a small outer diameter, saving installation space. It uses a sturdy TPU outer sheath, which is resistant to alkali water solutions and other chemical media. It has a wide temperature range of -45 ℃ to 90 ℃ and is suitable for harsh weather environments.

Conductor: Multi strand ultra-fine tinned copper wire, compliant with Class 6 of GB/T3956-2008 standard

Insulation: high-density mixture

Core wire identification:

  If the cross-sectional area is less than 0.5mm2, use color separation identification or dot marking to distinguish;

        Cross sectional area; ≥ 0.5mm2 black numerical white number, one of the core wires can be connected to a yellow/green grounding wire (optional)

Core wire structure: The layered or grouped twisted gaps of the optimized structure are filled.

Internal protection material: TPU high-density extrusion molding

Shielding structure: high conductivity tinned copper wire braided shielding, density ≥ 80%

Outer protective material: TPU mixture with high mechanical performance suitable for drag chain cables

Sheath color: black or gray (customizable as needed)
