Composition

Conductor: fine oxygen-free bare copper wire, multi-stranded stranded soft conductor, in line with GB/T3956 (VDE0295/IEC60228) 60228 Class5 or 6 standards
Insulation: high-strength modified PVC or PE materials with excellent insulation and electrical properties, colour differentiation, no repetition (can be customized according to customer requirements to produce)
Cable formation: short pitch stranded, 12 cores and above with composite cable structure.
Stranding: Stranded insulated wire pairs are twisted into cable with reasonable pitch.
Shielding: aluminium foil shielding (optional) plus copper mesh braided shielding, braiding density ≥ 85% (shielding can be customized according to customer requirements)
Sheath: High strength and low viscosity special PVC composite material;
Sheath colour: grey (default), black, orange, green (other colours can be customized according to customer requirements)

However, it is not good to judge the drag chain cables produced by different manufacturers. The drag chain bending test of cables is carried out in dynamic environment, if we want to compare the drag chain bending times of different brands of highly flexible cables, we have to build the same test environment.
