Armored control power cable

Armored control power cable

Products Description

There are many types of cables, and the website cannot display all of them. We have most cables in stock, and special cables can be customized. If you have any cable needs, please contact us.

Wires: Conductors comply with GB/T3956 Type 1 and Type 2 stranded conductors
Insulation: PVC/A-type polyvinyl chloride insulation for fixed laying. Color code: When the insulation cores (five or more cores) are numbered with black numbers and white numbers, they are arranged clockwise in natural number order from the inner layer to the outer layer, starting from 1. Insulated wire core with yellow green combination placed on the outermost layer
Core wire structure: allows filling the gaps between core wires, and allows for cable formation with insulation layers (wrapped in PP tape or non-woven fabric) But it will not adhere to the insulated wire core
Shielding: Overlapping wrapped with 0.05-0.10mm soft copper tape
Armor: 0.2mm thick painted steel strip or galvanized steel strip armor, in accordance with the requirements of GB/T2952.1, with a layer of inner lining allowed before armor
Sheath color: ST1 PVC sheath black (RAL9005) or gray (RAL7002)
Application standard: GB9330.3
Rated voltage: U0/U 450/750V Test voltage: Insulation thickness ≤ 0.6mm: 2000V, Insulation thickness ≥ 0.6mm: 2500V External tested: 3000V Minimum bending radius
Fixed laying: 12 × D (cable outer diameter)
Usage temperature
Fixed installation: -10 ℃ to+70 ℃ Mobile installation: -5 ℃ to+70 ℃
Radiation resistance intensity: 8 × 107cJ/kg
Flame retardancy: Passed GB/T18380 flame retardant test
Chemical resistance: see Chemical Resistance Appendix
Application scope: Installed indoors, in cable trenches, pipelines, direct burial, and other fixed locations that require shielding. The use of control, monitoring circuits and protection lines, signal transmission, control and measurement of electrical instruments and distribution equipment. (Control systems for transmitting signals such as measurement testing, signal display, self-test telemetry, computer networking, alarms, etc.).
