Scope of application

Special low-capacitance insulation material ensures low core-to-core capacitance, optimised stranding pitch effectively reduces crosstalk and attenuation at the near end and far end, 120Ω characteristic impedance index strongly ensures the matching of characteristic impedance, and the shielding structure design of double-shielded and deflector ensures that the cables are not subject to the electromagnetic interference of the external electric field under the high-frequency. In fact, the complex installation conditions greatly challenge the quality assurance capability of the cable, after continuous optimisation and improvement of technology, Belinda several number of solutions to the high-frequency attenuation caused by signal instability. Characteristic impedance mismatch, near-end crosstalk and other problems, so that the signal high fidelity and stability, widely used in high-frequency signal transmission field.

Cable Structure           

Cable structure standard: refer to BELDEN 9841 and BELDEN9842 standard.

Conductor: Class 6 conductor according to DIN VDE 0295 (or IEC 60228).

Insulation: Special customised composite polyolefin insulation with excellent tensile strength and insulation resistance.

Insulation marking: according to DIN VDE 0293

Sheath: Customised soft and corrosion-resistant elastomer sheath. Excellent tensile strength and oil resistance, grey, according to RAL 7001.

Shielding: Fine tinned copper wire braid shielding, shielding density ≥ 95% + aluminium foil wrapping.
