Conductor: fine oxygen-free bare copper wire, multi-stranded stranded flexible conductor, in accordance with GB/T3956 (VDE0295/IEC60228) 60228 Class5 or 6 standard.
Insulation: high-strength modified PVC or PE materials with excellent insulation and electrical properties, colour differentiation, no repetition (can be customized according to customer requirements to produce)
Cable formation: short pitch stranded, 12 cores and above with composite cable structure.
Shielding: copper mesh braided shield, braiding density ≥ 85%.
Sheath: high strength and low viscosity special PVC composite material;
Sheath colour: grey (default), black, orange, green (other colours can be customized according to customer requirements).

The thickness of conductor copper wire has some influence on the flexibility of the cable, and the good or bad of the drag chain cable is not decided by the thickness of conductor copper wire. For example, some unscrupulous manufacturers may use thin and low quality copper wires to mislead consumers, while in fact the other aspects of the cable quality is very poor; some high-quality drag chain cables may be through the optimisation of the design and materials, in the case of copper wire thickness is not particularly prominent, but still can show excellent performance.
